Our client, an International Moving & Relocation company based in Paris, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, or operations management within the moving, relocation, or logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate crews for moving and relocation projects, ensuring efficient crew management and maintaining quality standards.
- Identify and pursue new moving and relocation business opportunities in the market, arranging and conducting client visits and presentations to showcase services.
- Provide support to the sales team as needed to achieve targets, serving as the primary point of contact for moving and relocation client complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain updated crew tariff and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, sourcing and booking appropriate moving and relocation crew members.
- Oversee moving and relocation paperwork processes and ensure compliance with regulations, ensuring correct packing procedures for fine art shipments and conducting surveys and access checks as required.
- Perform quality checks to maintain service excellence, serving as a supervisor for moves and compiling rates for moving and relocation services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
