Miki Travel Limited is seeking a skilled Hotel Contract Manager to maintain existing relationships with hotel suppliers and source new partnerships.
The role will be based in London or in the assigned destination, with flexibility to travel regularly to visit hotels, negotiate contracts, and represent the company at trade events.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Negotiating with accommodation suppliers to ensure Miki Travel has competitive rates and conditions.
- Re-contracting hotels with specific deadlines.
- Liaising with the coordination and data management teams to communicate inventory and pricing changes.
- Setting sales strategy for the contracted portfolio and highlighting high-demand events.
- Undertaking ongoing analysis of product and quality within the contracting area.
- Staying up-to-date with internal changes to systems and processes to contract more efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience working as a Hotel Contract Manager in Europe and fluency in English. French as a second language is an advantage but not required.
