Job Title: Distribution and Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to support the development and professionalization of our indirect distribution network.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to expanding our distribution network and monitor sales efficiency and quality
  • Implement corrective actions to optimize sales performance
  • Deploy sales tools for third-party networks and enhance the skills of middle management within the cluster
  • Facilitate the operation of the sales department and collaborate with marketing and communication teams to implement commercial strategies
  • Manage field activities and territory management policies, and analyze sales data and profitability to support decision-making
  • Lead projects for the Cameroon cluster and support the implementation of new customer service policies
  • Structure and execute dual equipment projects

About You:
