Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in France. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth with a selected key partner - Orange.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategic partner business plans with Orange
- Develop strong business relationships at all levels across departments, including sales, product marketing, procurement, marketing, technical support, and business management
- Maintain accurate lists of key partner contacts and create detailed partner profiles
- Identify short and long-term partner revenue opportunities and engage vendor resources to move deals through the sales cycle
- Accurately forecast account sales, provide sales training to partner sales teams, and address technical skill gaps within each partner
- Understand and communicate all vendor channel programs, communicate partner programs and initiatives to vendor territory teams, and keep partners informed of product announcements/promotion plans, channel programs, and industry trends
- Work with assigned product managers to successfully manage product launches, promotions, and phase-out plans, and execute quarterly vendor-wide initiatives
- Create marketing plans and develop ROI analysis on all expenditures, working with the partner marketing team to implement and track success of marketing plans
Requirements:
- Direct sales experience required, as well as management of large sophisticated partners - Orange
- In-depth GSI experience and currently working for a software vendor in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desired, proven success in penetrating partner accounts, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- General knowledge of cybersecurity industry/solutions required and/or observability
Compensation and Benefits:
This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which may include healthcare and retirement plans, paid time off, wellbeing expense reimbursement, and much more. The estimated annual salary range for this position in France is EUR 124,000.00 - 170,500.00, with the potential for additional equity or long-term cash awards based on performance.
