Job Overview:

The Senior Business Development Manager is a strategic, customer-facing role responsible for driving business growth through the expansion of existing client relationships and the development of new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts to increase contract value with major client accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology industries (services, software, or consultative environments)
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with evidence of meeting or exceeding quota targets
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Bachelor's or master's degree - desired
