The Senior Business Development Manager is a strategic, customer-facing role responsible for driving business growth through the expansion of existing client relationships and the development of new ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts to increase contract value with major client accounts
- Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology industries (services, software, or consultative environments)
- Proven track record of success in sales, with evidence of meeting or exceeding quota targets
- Fluency in English and French
- Bachelor's or master's degree - desired
