Beauty Center Manager

Club Med is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Center Manager to join our team. As a key member of our resort's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beauty center, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of beauty professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Monitor and control expenses, inventory, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, quality control procedures, and Club Med's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling opportunities and enhance the overall resort experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and managing a team of beauty professionals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
