Job Title: Beauty Center Manager
Location: Club Med Group
Contract Type: Permanent contract
Key Responsibilities- Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing standards and protocols, and ensuring team adoption.
- Analyze clientele before stay, obtain consumption behavior information, and adapt offer accordingly.
- Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in the salon.
- Drive turnover development by identifying sales opportunities and optimizing margin.
- Implement resort sales policy in line with Club Med spirit and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators to streamline revenue management.
- Present monthly results to manager and participate in budget construction.
- Ensure proper management of current inventories, controlled product consumption, and equipment maintenance.
- Control employee needs and order products accordingly.
- Respect sector opening and closing processes, and carry out benchmarking missions as requested.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with health and safety standards, and participate in health and safety unit meetings.
- Ensure quality of service setup and closure according to standards.
- Participate in crisis management within defined procedures and formalize communication.
- Be responsible for compliance with green globe procedures and eco-actions dissemination.
- Ensure good waste management and hazardous product handling.
- Limit electricity and water consumption.
- Ensure application of rules and respect for local legislation in operation perimeter.
- Ensure compliance with legal and commercial procedures for village sales and team appropriation.
- Know contracts signed and their clauses, verify validity, and propose improvements.
- Know processes, procedures, and master tools in use in service, and ensure team knowledge and mastery.
- Ensure key controls are performed at expected frequencies and properly documented.
- Complete internal control self-assessments with Finance Manager/Referent when communicated by audit.
- Demonstrate leadership and adopt coaching posture in management.
- Ensure reception, implementation, and integration of GO/GEs in department.
- Set personal goals and support team or affiliates, and evaluate them.
- Supervise and develop in transversal logic, and implement HR procedures.
- Be manager by proximity, show, challenge, coach, and enforce.
- Be exemplary through visibility among teams and customers.
KPI: Key Performance Indicators
- Client: Satisfaction data, standards compliance, number of negative comments vs Review Pro, standards compliance/SOP.
- Business: Respect budgets (local revenues/costs), local sales development.
- People: Team skill development, compliance with HR legal standards, monitoring turnover, absenteeism, and social climate, popularity.
