Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Technical Sales Manager to expand DuPont's market presence at semiconductor fabs across Europe. This role entails managing the day-to-day technical and sales engagement with fab customers, collaborating with internal R&D and Marketing functions, and gaining understanding of customers' requirements and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion customer advocacy, representing their needs within DuPont.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across various levels and functions, including Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality.
  • Identify and address unmet customers' needs with DuPont's cleans, slurries, and etchants products.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of DuPont's cleans, slurries, and etchants products and stay current with technological advancements.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal DuPont teams, including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operation, Quality, R&D, and Marketing.
  • Manage and own customer communications on behalf of DuPont.
  • Travel regularly to customer sites to understand customers' unmet needs and market situations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in science and engineering, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical or commercial experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in wet cleans, wet etchants, or CMP slurries (sales experience is not a prerequisite for this role).
  • Flexibility to travel within Europe, focusing primarily on France and particularly the Grenoble area (up to 50%).
  • Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and network with peers.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders to create mutual value.
