Your role within our Customer Service Management team will be to oversee several accounts, ensuring the satisfactory fulfillment of Transatel's contractual agreements. You will be responsible for daily operations and responding to the ongoing requirements of your clients.



Key Responsibilities

  • Quickly learn and understand complex functions and procedures to effectively manage customer relations.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Manage communication, including atypical requests, changes, escalations, and major incidents, to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Act as the internal representative of our clients, handling their requests and demands for high-quality service.
  • Write Service Reviews, adhering to KPIs and SLAs, to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Ensure Quality of Service commitments by piloting and managing action plans for improvement, in conjunction with relevant teams.
  • With time, you will be expected to manage the launch of incoming clients for our MVNO and IoT services, including configuring new MVNOs and training client operational teams.


Your Profile

  • Hold a Bac + 5 degree from Ecole d'Ignénieur or equivalent and possess a first experience in a Service Management role within an IT environment.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal leadership and the ability to confidently communicate with people in both internal and external capacities.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrate rigor, and possess excellent organizational skills to excel in this position.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for our international environment.
