About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to join our team at Doctolib. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition and upsell of new practitioners across the French market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute acquisition and upsell strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Lead campaign execution in collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive acquisition and upsell
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion, revenue, and customer acquisition costs
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and strategies to improve performance and drive growth
  • Identify new innovative levers to supercharge performance and report on ROI

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a minimum of 8 years of experience in growth marketing, analytics, operations, or product. You should have strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
