Account Growth Manager

360Learning is seeking an Account Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals. Your role will consist of developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience of at least 9-12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR targeting the enterprise market (5k-30k employees) in a B2B SaaS environment
- Previous experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Passion for learning and education
