Key Responsibilities- Manage cross-functional projects to define group tools, standards, and methods applicable to all industrial and non-industrial sites.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Implement health and safety programs by working closely with supervisors and managers to assist them in implementing safety practices within their respective areas.
- Define and implement the global communication and training strategy about health and safety.
- Act as the central team's point of reference on issues such as communication, training, health, and risks associated with travel and functions other than production.
- Engineering degree or BAC +5 level with an EHS specialty.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years' experience in EHS management.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and deploy transformation programs.
- Successful experience in an industrial environment with proven experience in driving the transformation of organizations about culture in health and safety.
- Appetite for communication, training, and health topics.
- Fluent English is mandatory, speaking French or another language is a plus.
