Translation Sales Account Manager

Acolad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Translation Sales Account Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Life Science clients, including pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, and Clinical Research Organisations.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify business development opportunities within existing client bases and implement effective strategies to maintain and grow existing business.
- Manage an ongoing pipeline of revenue and activity, and assist with RFP/Tender/Proposal.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs, culture, and decision-making process.
- Prepare for, attend, and deliver QBR or other major client meetings.
- Develop, agree, and maintain an account plan and map for each client to achieve sales strategy and targets, including marketing campaigns and activity.
- Proactively develop sales skills and market/business knowledge, applying best practice techniques and tools to maximize performance.
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in Translation and Localization Account Management, with a focus on farming existing business and growing and maximizing sales within the account globally.
- Experience in the translation and localization industry is essential, with Life Sciences being a benefit but not a requirement.
- Understanding of the Production/Operational aspects of the business is highly beneficial, though not strictly necessary.
- Working knowledge of our full service and technology offering.
- Competent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
