About the Role:

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a highly skilled Sales Key Account Manager to lead the development and implementation of our TV and AIoT product growth strategy. As a key member of our sales team, you will oversee the establishment and maintenance of key customer relationships, providing influential communication and feedback, reliable market analysis, and win-win solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive TV and AIoT product growth strategy to achieve sales targets and support the overall business growth;
  • Establish, maintain, and develop key customer relationships through influential communication, reliable market analysis, and win-win solutions;
  • Deep dive into key account needs and requirements of TV and ecosystem products to provide innovative solutions;
  • Partner with internal departments to formulate the overall go-to-market strategy to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of promotions and achieve sales targets;
  • Continuously explore key account potential business plans and ensure solutions facilitate client business development and generate new sales revenue;
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics;
  • Stay sensitive to market trends, customer needs, and competitions for future strategy changes and product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • At least 3-5 years of proven working experience in the consumer electronics/smartphone/IoT industry/high-tech hardware industry;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driving, fast-paced, result-oriented;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and client expectation management;
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Fluency in French and English.
