We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Help Desk Technician to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

As a Technical Help Desk Technician, you'll be the primary point of contact for all technical issues, from hardware and software problems to network connectivity and printer issues. You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve technical problems, and provide excellent customer service to our employees.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Set up and maintain new workstations
  • Maintain our network infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical problems

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Mac OS
  • Comfortable with the English language (written and spoken)
