Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at TOYOTA LYON SUD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Assess and quote vehicle trade-ins to customers.
  • Advise customers on financing and service contracts.
  • Expand our customer base through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the sales area to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Background in sales, such as a BTS degree or automotive sales training.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Rigor, dynamism, and organization are essential qualities for success in this role.
  • Good grasp of automotive legislation, accounting, and taxation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, and customer satisfaction focus.
