Job Title: Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth and development of key accounts. This role involves strategic planning, negotiation, and implementation of marketing plans to achieve retail sales and financial gains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate space and positioning for brick and mortar and E-retail
  • Implement and execute marketing plans according to guidelines and strategy
  • Prepare and negotiate trade and e-trade plans per client
  • Forecast new campaigns and work closely with supply and demand teams
  • Develop sales, ranking, and market share per door
  • Follow up and analyze sell-out and inventories
  • Ensure the right product catalogue is in place
  • Take initiative to develop solutions to issues that slow down or hamper procedures
  • Visual merchandising follow-up
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of Retail, E-Retail, and CRM
  • Excellent skills in managing and motivating people
  • Business oriented and results driven
  • Proficient with numbers, budget, and P&L analysis
  • High energy level and team player
