About the Role

The Recruitment and Training Promoter plays a crucial role in the development of the École des Mines de Paris's training offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Recruitment:
    • Identify the profiles of students sought for various training programs.
    • Collaborate with cycle managers to define the needs in terms of skills and talents.
    • Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Training Promotion:
    • Develop promotional campaigns for École des Mines programs in collaboration with the communication department.
    • Participate in student fairs, recruitment events, and conferences with partners to present training programs.
    • Work closely with the communication team to create engaging content (brochures, videos, etc.).
  • Candidate Selection and Follow-up:
    • Organize recruitment campaigns in collaboration with cycle managers.
    • Participate in evaluating received applications and organizing additional interviews.
    • Accompany the definition of technical and behavioral skills to be evaluated.
    • Participate in recruitment juries.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Education and Experience:
    • A Master's degree or equivalent (engineer, business school, or Master's degree).
    • Significant professional experience in higher education.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team and manage complex projects.
    • Organizational skills and administrative rigor.
  • Languages:
    • Fluency in French and English (B2 minimum).
