Marketing Operations Manager

Malt is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the growth team, you will be responsible for activating and retaining users by managing the execution of marketing CRM campaigns, implementing experimentations to engage users, and enabling frontline teams operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning and execution of CRM campaigns within the freelance perimeter, in collaboration with community teams.
- Support Malt's teams by assisting them in preparing campaigns, in compliance with Malt's email best practices and to maximize email performance.
- Implement experimentations and A/B tests to activate and engage freelance segments.
- Test and build new processes to improve user journey and ease teams work.
- Measure the results of experiments, analyze performance, and share them with the team to identify new ideas.
About You:
- 3 to 5 years of full-time experience in Marketing / emailing / CRM management in a tech company or agency.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced mastery of CRM software and marketing automation platforms, ideally Hubspot and/or Salesforce.
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze customer data.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools like Looker and Amplitude would be a plus.

- Structured: able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a reliable way.
- Growth mindset: curious, proactive, and willing to develop new ways to engage users.
- Ownership: likes to work in autonomy and find new ways to solve problems.

How to Join the Mission:
- First call with a member of our TA team to better understand your background, aspirations, and answer your questions.
- Second call with Alexandre Courbin, our Marketing Operations team lead, to dive into your previous experiences and answer your questions about the position.
- Preparation of a case study you will present to Alexandre and Clara Ananou, Marketing Ops Manager for clients.
- Final interviews focused on culture and long-term vision with our marketing leaders.
