Are you enthusiastic about the Health and Life Sciences sector and eager to utilize technology to facilitate transformation for Life Science clients in France?In this role, you will collaborate with top-tier engineering, digital innovation, and design teams to shape product vision. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of your accounts, with responsibilities spanning commercial management, identification of new business opportunities, and overseeing delivery governance.
Role Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor in the Health and Life Sciences domain, offering clients insights on the latest technological advancements. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute technology-driven transformation initiatives across various sectors. Collaborate with our sales and pre-sales teams to evaluate client opportunities, respond to RFPs, craft proposals and presentations, and establish senior-level relationships with clients to facilitate new business closures. Define and outline consulting engagements, establish optimal operational frameworks, and lead the transition from sales to delivery phases. Stay informed about current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges within the sectors, markets, and geographies relevant to our clients, providing clarity on how these factors impact their business strategies. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients at senior levels, as well as with external and internal partners, to maximize growth within our Life Sciences portfolio. Align with Business Unit objectives, supporting financial goals including revenue and profit targets.Required Qualifications
Proven extensive expertise in Health and Life Sciences sectors. Significant industry experience in innovative, technology-focused leadership roles, or equivalent experience from a recognized consultancy. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Willingness to lead teams and recruit talent. Ability to travel as necessary. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient presentation skills. Credibility and presence with senior executives. Demonstrated success in managing client consulting engagements in dynamic environments, ensuring project completion and meeting expectations. Strong business acumen; strategic and commercial skills; numerical proficiency; negotiation capabilities; advocate for diversity. Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.Benefits Offered
