**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our commercial team at Axians CS Saint-Brieuc Brest as a Commercial Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain sales reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
