About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Toulouse, France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the architectural surface market. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region.
  • Buidl relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the architectural surface market.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer base.
  • Strong understanding of the architectural surface market, including products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid vacation time.
