Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the kitchen shops and studios sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales:
    • Develop and maintain current product knowledge to effectively present to customers
    • Present and sell company products and services to existing and potential clients within the remodel, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication industries
    • Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures, and other collateral supplies
    • Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns, setting up customers in CRM systems, providing price quotes, and scheduling regular visits
    • Increase market share by elevating the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials within assigned territory
