Strategic Business Development Manager for Global Growth

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global IT services leader, seeks an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our customer portfolio.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that foster long-term relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a seasoned professional with 6+ years of experience in sales or service sales.
- You will work closely with our Industry Sales Team, Center of Excellence in India, and Delivery Team to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Analyze customer needs to create tailored solutions that meet their technical and business requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Participate in tender responses and contribute to the development of proposals.
Your Profile:
- Fluent English and French language skills.
- Broad technological knowledge and ability to understand complex technical topics.
- Experience in selling offshore solutions and services is an advantage.
What We Offer:
- A competitive fixed salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, plus variable compensation.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including holiday bonus, profit sharing, and CSE.
