About the Role

Okta is seeking a seasoned Regional Alliances Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive growth and revenue through partnerships with Regional System Integrators (RSIs) in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional alliances strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Okta's channel ecosystem
  • Collaborate with Okta's executives, business development, marketing, and field sales teams to execute a partner-first motion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with RSIs, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategic plans to drive revenue
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market leading companies in the Cloud Computing and Identity Access Management ecosystem
  • Work closely with Okta's product and engineering teams to ensure alignment and support for RSI partnerships
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or alliances at a SaaS startup, with a track record of successfully implementing channel/field alliances strategies to drive increased sales
  • Current knowledge of the trends and market leading companies in the broader Cloud Computing and Identity Access Management ecosystem
  • Experience with Cloud Software Vendors and their strategies/business models
