About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Trustfull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the enterprise market across France, leveraging your expertise in software sales and market trends.
  • Sales Opportunity Identification and Pursuit: Independently source new opportunities and reach out to target customers, utilizing your strong understanding of software sales cycles and enterprise customer dynamics.
  • Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs, and negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to effectively communicate value propositions and drive lead generation efforts, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Trend Analysis and Strategy Adjustment: Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies as necessary, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Country Manager in France.
Requirements
  • Experience and Expertise: 5+ years of experience in sales management, specifically in the enterprise software/SaaS sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Software Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of software sales cycles and enterprise customer dynamics, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, and proficiency in CRM, sales automation, and other sales-related tools.
  • Language and Education: Fluency in French and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
