Position Overview

The Qt Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on engaging with prominent enterprises across the UK.

In this capacity, your primary objective will be to foster robust relationships with influential decision-makers while showcasing the advantages of implementing the Qt framework. This role demands a proactive stance in account management and a consultative approach in guiding organizations on how to effectively utilize Qt to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with senior executives such as Heads of R&D, Engineering Managers, Engineering Directors, Product Managers, and Project Managers within technical development sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through thorough research and analysis of potential clients.
  • Follow up on incoming leads generated by Marketing and the Inside Sales team.
  • Create and present outstanding sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to devise strategies for targeting key accounts effectively.
  • Establish and maintain long-term, fruitful relationships with clients.
  • Develop a structured weekly schedule to align with sales objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, services, and competitors relevant to the Qt Company's market.
  • Provide regular updates on activities, sales forecasts, and professional account planning on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales (complete sales cycle), preferably with software or similar solution-oriented products.
  • Proven experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving measurable sales targets.
  • A network of contacts within large industrial firms is advantageous.
  • Ability to serve as a technology consultant to prospects and clients.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with both existing and potential clients.
  • Exceptional oral, written, interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills.
  • Proficient or advanced professional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Software Development tools, Software Development Life Cycle, Sales Training methodologies (such as MEDDPICC), and Salesforce is a plus.
