Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team at Samsic Groupe. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Payroll and Billing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll data and perform calculations to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee hours, benefits, and other payroll-related information.
- Assist with the preparation and review of payroll reports and statements.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Payroll and Billing team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
