About the Role

CSTB is seeking an experienced Administrative HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of HR, including payroll, benefits, and employee data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the payroll process, including producing pay slips, processing benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • Provide HR support to employees, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee development programs, including training and performance management.
  • Manage employee data, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Develop and implement reporting and analytics tools to track HR metrics and provide insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, payroll, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including payroll and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse groups of employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop and implement solutions to complex HR issues.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems, including payroll and benefits administration.
