Business Development Manager Wastewater Infrastructure

Job Summary

As a key member of the Imerys Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for driving business development and growth within the wastewater segment. This will involve building and executing commercial plans, identifying sales development opportunities, and negotiating contracts with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute commercial plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Prepare and review sales performance against targets, and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Support the development and execution of commercial roadmaps for the Infrastructure Solutions segments.
  4. Participate in the Imerys Portfolio building process, identifying new product ideas and opportunities.
  5. Implement pricing strategies in coordination with the Area Sales Manager.
  6. Manage market intelligence through the CRM tool, and support claim management.
  7. Represent Imerys in front of relevant wastewater associations.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional with a proven track record in B2P sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the wastewater segment, and be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including public and private sector organizations.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be able to work autonomously, and be willing to collaborate with peers in a remote manner. A good understanding of the Business-to-Project infrastructure ecosystem is essential, and a "Hunter" mindset is required.

The position requires a willingness to travel up to 60% per week, depending on customer and market development demands. Fluency in French and English is required, with German or Flemish being a plus.
