We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Egis Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Europe & Africa region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve O&M order intake objectives in the Europe & Africa region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry participants, including customers, partners, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Support commercial prospection and identify new business opportunities in the region.
  • Contribute to the development of the commercial action plan and provide market insights to the team.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a sales leadership position.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, with basic knowledge of French or another European language a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within defined timelines.
