Concierge - Role Overview

The Concierge plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests at Auberge du Jeu de Paume. This position requires a blend of hospitality expertise and a keen understanding of guest needs.

  • Welcoming Guests: Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, providing them with essential information about the hotel's offerings and amenities.
  • Reservation Management: Efficiently handle various requests including transportation, dining, activities, and ticketing to enhance guest experiences.
  • Local Insights: Offer valuable information regarding cultural, sporting, and tourist attractions to enrich guests' stays.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee the Valet and Bell staff, ensuring seamless coordination in managing vehicles and luggage.
  • Postal Services: Manage postal operations, including receiving and distributing mail and packages for guests.
  • Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to gauge satisfaction, record preferences, and foster relationships that promote loyalty.
