ELIA GROUPE, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler (F/M) to join its dynamic team.
The primary duties involve crafting the engineering and procurement (EP) reference timeline in collaboration with department heads and liaising with various stakeholders.
Upon the approval of the baseline, the Senior Project Scheduler will be responsible for:
- Preparing regular updates
- Engaging in progress evaluation procedures
- Refreshing schedules
- Generating progress reports
- Participating in problem-solving workshops
- Contributing to the monthly performance report
- Negotiating acceleration strategies
- Actively supporting the As-Built program
The ideal candidate should possess 8 to 10 years of experience in scheduling, particularly with detailed EP project involvement, complemented by a degree in general engineering or a Master of Science.
Essential technical competencies include:
- Expertise in managing intricate schedules
- Familiarity with PMI standards
- Proficiency in scheduling software
- Knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications
Additional key skills encompass attention to detail, independence, teamwork, effective communication, and the capacity to thrive under pressure in a diverse environment.
