Sales Executive

Earnix is a leading fintech growth company serving the insurance and banking industries. We're seeking an exceptional Sales Executive to join our team in France and help accelerate our growth by building and maintaining relationships with leading insurance businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own a dedicated list of prospect insurance businesses and support in-market colleagues on their prospect accounts.
- Make initial contact, qualify prospects, define value proposition, participate in product demos, respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and close sales.
- Align with key internal stakeholders to deliver a solution for the customer.
- Be present and located in the French region.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven successful end-to-end sales experience selling software solutions into the insurance market in France.
- Existing professional executive & C-level network in the French insurance industry and ability to expand such network via face-to-face interactions.
- Strong understanding of how insurance companies operate today in France and how they need to adapt to align with the digital transformation.
- Ability to work a deal from 'lead' to 'close' with a passion for hunting.
- Experience working with and receiving support from global remote teams.
- Willingness to do what it takes to win.
- Ability to work independently but as part of a key and growing team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively when required.
