The Scent & Care segment operates in over 30 countries and markets more than 16,000 products globally. It is divided into three main divisions: Fragrance, Cosmetic Ingredients, and Aroma Molecules. These products are used in various sectors.

The Cosmetic Ingredients division offers a diverse portfolio of active ingredients, product preservation solutions, pioneering solar protection technologies, and modern hair care ingredients. We also provide inspiring plant extracts, high-performance functionals, and customized cosmetic colors.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity is based at our primary hubs in EAME, located in Holzminden (Germany) or Clichy (France).

As the Global Business Marketing Manager for Micro Protection at Symrise, you will play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies that resonate with global consumers. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting compelling narratives to highlight the unique selling points of our products, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
  • Coordinating the execution of global promotional tools with external designers while maintaining consistency with our branding guidelines.
  • Developing creative concepts to support product launches and promotional activities, collaborating closely with BU Heads and Product Managers.

Marketing Activities:

You will be responsible for conducting market surveys and analyses to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying unmet customer needs, and positioning our offerings effectively. Collaboration is essential as you consolidate competition analysis from various sources, contributing to our strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements

You are a seasoned professional in the beauty industry, equipped with a degree and significant experience in brand and marketing management. Fluency in English is a must, along with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You have a talent for translating complex technical information into captivating narratives. Your track record showcases your ability to lead and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse global audiences.

A strong business acumen, combined with a passion for beauty and entrepreneurship, sets you apart. You thrive in fast-paced environments, where your proactive nature and adaptability shine. Proficiency in market research methodologies and relevant marketing tools makes you ready to make an impact and contribute to our global success story.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for career growth and development.
