Job Overview

This role is integral to the retail channel marketing and sales division, reporting directly to the Director overseeing operations in Europe and the Middle-East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively in new business presentations and facilitate the seamless integration of new clients.
  • Formulate business proposals targeting both new ventures and existing accounts.
  • Keep the Sales and Channel Marketing Director updated on market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
  • Draft comprehensive business plans for ongoing and prospective tender opportunities.
  • Oversee Requests for Quotations (RfQs) and manage profit margins.
  • Evaluate competitors and market developments, devising action plans to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and execute commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.
  • Strategically plan and monitor budgets to optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate with various support teams, including marketing, logistics, legal, and business development.
  • Coordinate with international teams to maximize synergies across regions.
  • Foster an internal network to enhance collaboration between marketing and retail key accounts.
  • Assist local Retail Key Account Managers in their business development efforts.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the formulation of EU marketing strategies based on market trends and local needs.
  • Share effective practices within the EU team to enhance overall performance.
  • Manage special projects for the EU retail sales and marketing division as required.

Required Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Sales or Marketing is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with proficiency in an additional EU language being advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket sector is beneficial.
  • Experience in project management and data analysis is desirable.
  • Proven track record in managing significant retail national accounts.
  • Strong skills in relationship building and account management are crucial.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
