Gaming Account Manager Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager Specialist to join our team in the Gaming industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our gaming clients, ensuring a positive experience with our services.
This role entails interacting with customers through multiple channels, addressing issues, answering inquiries, and providing support. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for gaming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert support.
- Assist with setup and navigation of our services.
- Upsell services and manage clients to targets.
- Develop launch plans for new accounts.
- Manage daily KPIs for clients.
- Oversee accounts of publishers and advertisers.
- Troubleshoot and offer technical assistance.
- Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs.
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Passion for gaming and experience in the gaming industry.
- Experience in customer support or a related field.
- Familiarity with common customer support tools and platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking for solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems is a plus.
