Paralegal / Legal Assistant H/F (CDD)

Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Prepare and review all company contracts, including service provider agreements, insurance policies, and lease agreements.
- Legal Compliance: Monitor the group's companies for legal compliance, including organizing board meetings and drafting meeting minutes.
- Brand Portfolio Management: Manage the company's brand portfolio, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing disputes and claims, providing support and guidance to operational teams.
- Compliance Support: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing advice and guidance to operational teams.
- Operational Support: Provide administrative support to operational teams, including advising and supporting them in their roles.
Requirements:
- Education: Holder of a minimum of a post-secondary diploma, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in legal assistance or as a Paralegal.
- Skills: Strong knowledge in contract law is essential. Proficiency in English is required to communicate with Anglo-Saxon investors.
- Personal Qualities: Recognized for your precision and adaptability. Reactive, autonomous, and motivated, with excellent prioritization skills.
