Our company, part of Groupe Emil Frey France, is a leading automotive distribution group with TOYOTA and LEXUS concessions in Ile-de-France and Rhône-Alpes. We specialize in the sale of new and used vehicles, as well as after-sales services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing expert advice on suitable vehicles and offering personalized solutions
- Managing vehicle trade-in options and advising on financing and service contracts
- Expanding our client base through effective sales strategies and customer relationships
- Overseeing the sales area and ensuring a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales or automotive sales training. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industry, is essential. Key skills include attention to detail, dynamism, and organizational skills. Knowledge of automotive legislation, accounting, and taxation is required. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach are a must.
