About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Pilot Runway Sales to join our team at BAA Training. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing key sales functions, driving business growth, and ensuring the success of our Pilot Runway business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, training centers, and other industry partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the aviation or training industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
