Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our training programs, including:

  • Coordinating logistics and scheduling
  • Managing administrative tasks and paperwork
  • Providing customer service and support to clients and trainees
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional activities
  • Performing other administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks

  • Coordinating training schedules and logistics

Customer Service

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and trainees
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Building strong relationships with clients and trainees

Teamwork

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively with the training team to deliver high-quality training programs
  • Providing administrative support to the training team
  • Contributing to the development of new training programs and initiatives
