Job Summary:

The Strategic Sales Senior Manager will be responsible for driving and optimizing commercial performance of a portfolio of products under Shark-Ninja Brands. This role involves deeply analyzing the market/sales/customer performance, forecasts, and promotion calendar, and collaborating with sales and marketing to drive weekly commercial reviews and actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize category performance.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to guide new SKU introductions and discontinuations.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly category performance reviews and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track category performance at account level and drive decisions on sales and marketing tactics.
  • Manage inventory levels to balance supply with demand and minimize obsolescence.
  • Develop and oversee long-term and short-term promotional plans to drive category sales and profitability.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and work with sales and marketing to proactively adjust strategies as and when needed.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain to ensure alignment and execution of category plans.
  • Track and report on category financial performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in category or commercial management.
  • Fluent French and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and critically about the best course of action to achieve desired objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • A driven individual who thrives on balancing multiple moving pieces simultaneously without letting go of any detail.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Problem-solving and initiative.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at various levels.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
