Data Engineering Manager

The Amadeus TSI-DTS department is dedicated to driving innovation and efficiency within the company. We focus on scalable solutions that support business growth and provide the agility needed to respond to changing situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide and oversee the Digital Workplace Analytics service, ensuring delivery of high-quality reports and dashboards to technical service owners.
- Define and implement processes to continuously improve service delivery, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various technical systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data sourcing and integration from workplace systems.
- Provide insights and recommendations to technical service owners, enabling data-driven decisions that enhance digital workplace services.
- Guide a team of data analysts, data engineers, platform engineer, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Ensure effective communication of complex data findings through clear visualizations and reports.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or workplace technology services.
- Experience managing analytics or data-driven services, including backlog management and stakeholder communication.
- Good understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with log data search solutions such as Splunk.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
