Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our EMEA Field Enablement Team. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enablement programs that drive sales success across France and Europe South.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering training and enablement content to equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with area teams to assess readiness gaps and develop initiatives to close them
  • Acting as a credible voice of the field back to EMEA and Worldwide enablement groups
  • Driving execution of onboarding and always-boarding initiatives and programs
  • Creating and communicating relevant content and learning assets to meet the needs of the field
