Job Description

As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will play a critical role in driving sales success across France and Europe South. You will work closely with the EMEA Field Enablement Team to develop and implement enablement programs that equip sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with senior sales and business executives to understand their needs and develop tailored enablement solutions
  • Identifying and prioritizing key challenges and opportunities within the region
  • Building and maintaining relationships with area teams to assess readiness gaps and develop initiatives to close them
  • Acting as a credible voice of the field back to EMEA and Worldwide enablement groups
  • Driving execution of onboarding and always-boarding initiatives and programs
  • Creating and communicating relevant content and learning assets to meet the needs of the field
