- Manage relationships with banking partners and payment service providers to optimize payment processes and reduce costs.
- Continuously review and optimize payment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement automation tools and technology to streamline payment operations.
- Monitor transaction workflows and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure adherence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the payment operations team.
- Set clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for team members.
- Prepare regular reports on payment operations performance and key metrics.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of payment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the Forex industry.
- Strong understanding of Forex market operations and international payment systems.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language (read, spoken, and written).
