Quality Assurance Manager - MBDA France
As a pivotal member of our organization, you will:
- Lead the ongoing enhancement, implementation, and upkeep of product quality assurance processes, methodologies, and tools, with a particular emphasis on managing non-conformities.
- Identify and initiate improvement initiatives to elevate our standards.
- Conduct performance analyses and establish a roadmap for continuous enhancement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of actions taken and assist teams in applying lean methodologies.
- Uphold and refine organizational standards.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on continuous improvement.
- Gather and disseminate best practices and insights gained.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through networking and collaborative events.
- Contribute to the strategy for managing change within the organization.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools.
- Engage in data governance and the application of relevant tools.
- Possess experience in managing product quality, utilizing ERP systems, and implementing quality assurance strategies within engineering sectors.
- Exhibit strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Demonstrate fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
