About the Role

The Client Service Team at AXA Investment Managers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support their day-to-day tasks and projects. As an Alts Client Group Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Client Service team in their non-investment matters, including reporting, KYC/AML, data administration, and documents dissemination.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in the onboarding process of AXA IM Alts clients, setting up clients in AXA IM referentials and reports sending in AXA IM tools.
  • Monitor the delivery of financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients.
  • Support projects aiming at improving the service, such as new services, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering, or Real Estate.
  • Proven interest in real estate, with previous internships in asset management or real estate a plus.
  • Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment.
  • Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial, and result-driven culture.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capacity.
  • Verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Fluent in English.
