Department OverviewThe Murex Learning team operates globally, focusing on assessing learning needs, designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive learning experiences for the Murex ecosystem, which includes internal employees, clients, and partners. This encompasses various learning modalities such as remote, in-person, and digital formats.
The Paris Learning team is divided into two key areas: the Learning Operations Team, which collaborates with business stakeholders to identify and address learning needs, and the Learning Production Team, responsible for creating and developing learning content.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Learning Development Partner for the EMEA region, you will be integral to the Learning Operations Team based in Paris, focusing on specific departments within Murex.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting annual learning needs assessments (LNA) for your assigned groups, including mid-year reviews and ongoing discussions with department leaders.
- Developing and implementing the annual learning plan based on the LNA findings.
- Enhancing our learning offerings by identifying and collaborating with internal trainers and external providers to meet specific development needs.
- Acting as a strategic partner and learning expert to HR Business Partners and managers, offering guidance and innovative solutions to address their requirements.
- Utilizing tools within our Learning Technologies ecosystem to generate and prepare insightful learning reports for stakeholders, covering aspects such as cost/benefit analysis and learning impact.
- Contributing to legal reports, including fiscal year results for relevant compliance documentation.
Additionally, you will play an active role in various learning initiatives, including Murex University, Artificial Intelligence projects, ESG initiatives, and the optimization of processes across regions.
Candidate Profile- A Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a solid understanding of French legal requirements related to learning.
- Expertise in Adult Learning Theories and practices.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various seniority levels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English, as all training materials are prepared in English.
- Excellent written French skills for legal documentation purposes.
- Project management capabilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
- Exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of employees, vendors, and leaders.
- A passion for data analytics and process improvement.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and team-oriented.
