We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our People Development & Culture team as the Global Head of Learning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that drives business growth and employee development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global learning strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports the growth of our employees.
- Lead a team of learning professionals to design, deliver, and measure the impact of learning programs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Manage the learning budget and ensure effective use of resources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure access to high-quality learning content and tools.
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of driving business growth and employee development.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of learning professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of learning programs and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and French, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
